Smokey Pineapple Burgers
Fire up the grill for a delicious and nutritious burger for Dad. Grass-fed ground beef helps with healing the gut and pineapple is full of antioxidants, eases digestion, boosts immunity and helps with suppressing inflammation in the body. Add some grass-fed cheese to the ground beef mix and this will add to the protein in this amazing burger.

| Ingredients | Quantity | Directions |
|---|---|---|
| Ground Beef | 2 lbs | Preheat grill to medium |
| Smoked Paprika | 1 1/2 tsp | Peel, core and slice pineapple into rings |
| Onion Powder | 1 tsp | Combine ground beef and seasonings into a large bowl |
| Himalayan Salt | 1 tsp | Mix well and form into 1/4 lbs patties |
| Fresh Pineapple | 1 whole | Place burger patties on until cooked to desired temperature |
| Onion | 1 whole | Grill pineapple ~4 minutes each side |
| Green Leaf Lettuce | to taste | Remove both and top burgers with pineapple, lettuce and onion. |
| Sourdough Buns | optional | Wrap in lettuce or place on a sourdough bun and Enjoy! |
