Pet Casserole
Clean up your pet's diet with this organic and gut-friendly recipe. Show your furry friend you love them.
| Ingredient | Quantity | Directions |
|---|---|---|
| Brown Rice | 1 1/2 cups | In a large saucepan cook rice according to package. |
| EVOO | 1 TBSP | Heat EVOO in a large stockpot over med. heat. |
| Ground Turkey or Bison | 3 lbs | Add ground meat and cook until brown, crumbling meat as it cooks. |
| Baby Spinach, chopped | 3 cups | Stir in spinach, carrots, zucchini & peas. |
| Carrots, shredded | 2 | Stir in rice and cook until spinach is wilted and mixture is heated thru (about 4 minutes). |
| Zucchini, shredded | 1 | Cool completely. |
| Peas (frozen) | 1/2 cup | Serve about 1 cup and ENJOY:) |
