Brownie in a Mug
Celebrate mom either in-person or remotely with this quick and nutritious paleo brownie recipe! This chocolatey brownie will satisfy your sweet tooth and will provide a nice dessert to relax and chat with the woman you love. Happy Mother's Day:)
Ingredients | Quantity | Directions |
---|---|---|
Almond Flour | 1/4 cup | In a small bowl combine cacao powder, almond flour, baking powder. |
Cacao Powder | 2 1/2 Tbsp | In a large microwavable mug, add chocolate chips |
Baking Powder | 1/4 tsp | Microwave mug on high for 15 sec. intervals |
Egg | 1 | Stir in between intervals until melted |
Raw Honey | 2 1/2 Tbsp | Add almond butter and dry ingredients until smooth |
Dark Chocolate Chips | 1 oz | Add egg, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. |
Coconut Oil (melted) | 2 Tbsp | Whisk until smooth |
Almond Butter (creamy) | 1 1/2 Tbsp | Microwave for 2 minutes (or until done) |
Pure Vanilla Extract | 1/2 tsp | Enjoy! |
